We maintain memberships to Multifamily NW and Linn Benton Rental Housing Associations for up-to-date education on ever changing laws/policies and ongoing training.

We complete new property move-in and move-out, annual property inspections for lease renewals, and complete exterior property drive-by.

We have cultivated strong relationships with licensed and bonded vendors in each trade to process work orders and unit turnovers in a timely manner.
